1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

No person under the age of 21 may open an account, play games, or make financial transactions on this platform. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account suspension and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

- Proof of residence
- Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account)
The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions
abt99 primarily provides services targeting users in Bangladesh. Using the platform from countries where online gaming is completely prohibited is not allowed. It is the user's own responsibility to ensure that using this service is legal in their area.
3. Account Registration & Management
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account at abt99. Any attempt to open multiple accounts under the same person's name, phone number, or payment method will be identified and closed, and the funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with incorrect or misleading information is a direct breach of this agreement. 3.3 Password & Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details completely confidential. Your password must not be shared with any third party. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately via live chat or email. abt99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from failure to keep your account password secure.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
abt99 currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Payments through any method other than these three are not accepted.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. For withdrawals, the minimum amount is ৳1,000. Transaction requests below these amounts will not be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. During the verification process or under exceptional circumstances, this may take a little longer.
4.4 Ownership Verification
Transactions may only be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Using a third party's mobile banking number for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be suspended.
5. Bonus & Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
You must complete wagering of 25 times the bonus amount received before making a withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after placing a total of ৳25,000 in bets.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonuses may have a specific validity period — see the promotions page for details.
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash; they may only be used for playing games.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- abt99 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.
6. Gameplay Guidelines
6.1 Fair Play
All games on the abt99 platform are operated fairly and transparently. The outcome of each game is determined by verifiable algorithms and cannot be altered by any user or staff member. SSL encryption and fair play technology are ensured in game operations.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error or server issue, abt99 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet. Any bet that is not confirmed due to a network issue will not be counted. In such situations, users are advised to contact the support team via live chat.
6.3 Bet Limits

- Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or details
- Systematically placing bets with the intent to abuse bonuses (bonus hunting)
- Selling, transferring, or renting an account to another person
- Playing games using automated bots or software
- Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds
- Attempting to break through the platform's security systems
- Defrauding or harassing other users
- Creating an account using a false identity
7.2 Consequences
If any of the prohibited activities described above are proven, abt99 reserves the right to close the relevant account without notice. In such cases, any bonuses in the account and any winnings earned from bonuses will be forfeited. Whether the original deposited funds are returned will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.
